We are a fun gymnastics program that is dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally.  We believe that gymnastics training provides the best possible foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility and coordination, the basis of all sports.  Regardless of their physical talents, all children benefit from gymnastics activities.  Therefore, we strive to create a safe, secure atmosphere that develops, in each student, self-discipline, self-confidence and enthusiasm, as well as gymnastics skills.

All of our classes are separated by age and ability to ensure the safest and most positive learning environment.  The gymnasts will be using all of the Olympic events as well as the Tumbl Trak.  Gym rotations are well planned in advance.  A gym rotation is the schedule that each class follows during the regular class hour.  It consists of warm-up exercises and two of the rotation events.  Rotation events are Vault, Uneven Parallel Bars, Balance Beam, and Tumbling.  In our pre-school program, the children use all of our gymnastics equipment.  We also offer special programs for cheerleading, martial arts and tumbling just for cheerleaders.  These programs are designed to teach very specific skills and do not include all of the rotations mentioned above.

What to Wear...Girls need to wear a leotard with bare legs and feet.  Hair needs to be pulled up and away from the face.  Boys need to wear soft shorts and a tucked-in T-shirt.
